error on our part, you are responsible for return shipping via either UPS or Insured Mail.
If you choose to return something without insurance, we are not responsible
for the item if it gets lost or damaged in transit and no refund will be made.
The cost of insurance is nominal and we strongly recommend it.
Items returned must be in their original condition and in the original box.
Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will promptly send
you a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping charges unless there was
an error on our part).
